    Budgets have a option to prefill based on a % of previous month. Give an option to prefill based on the total income. This will help a lot in using this tool, as generally we all reduce the fixed cost and increase the variable as we move from capex to opex.

  6. Balance Sheet Comparison (It's a Must for UK's Annual Accounts)

    Same as Quickbooks have and is much more important than classic Balance Sheet. Even UK's Annual Accounts needs this type Balance Sheet Comparison ONLY. So Quickbooks offer them as 1st option in reports! In Zoho - missing completely.

    Including lines:
    - Fixed and Current Assets
    - Creditors: amounts falling due within one year
    - Net Current Assets (Liabilities)
    - Total Assets less Current Liabilities
    - Creditors: amounts falling due after more then one year
    - Net Assets
    - Total Capital and Reserves

  8. Change Order of Accounts on P&L

    We would like to be able to put sub accounts and accounts in an order we specify on the P&L. For example, if I wanted to see Program Services Revenue before Direct Public Support Revenue, I should be able to do that. Quickbooks is an easy drag and drop to accomplish in the chart of accounts.

  9. Group Reports by Reference or Transaction Details

    It would be very helpful to be able to Group Reports by Reference or Transaction Details column so we can see how much each bank account has still a loan out. Right now when you check loans you see them all mixed up and it is impossible to see at first sight. We need more options to Group reports in general please. Thanks!

    Only 50 Items per page is seen.

    Pls provide dropdown box to choose the no of tiems to be dispalyed per page. Ideally the options should be 100, 200, ALL

    There should be an exception report which only shows the deleted record so admin can know immediately that some transactions are deleted from the system. This should be on top priority so should have separate report option.

    Meaningful Report headings for pdf or exls saves.

    Is it possible to have a file name on a report with a meaningful file name.

    At the moment the file are 1448828000000502350.pdf

    The report heading is:
    Reconciliation Details
    Reconciliation Period
    01 Jan 2019 To 31 Jan 2019

    File name could be - Recon_01012019-31012019.pdf

    or csv or xls or ods etc

    Say the first 5 letters of the report name plus the date.
    Then you know what the file is going to be called by looking at the title of the printed report.

  20. Date calandars

    Please will you standardise the date selection calendars.

    Some are different and some are tricky to select custom dates.

    Also it would be nice to have an "ALL" feature so you can select all the transactions for a report without having to put the dates into the custom calendar. A customers of vendors entire history on the system.
