  1. For PO and other functions: to be able to buy in USD and sell in CDN and still calculate our margin and other ratios.

    Canadian American Co need to work with multi currencies. When we order with PO, we should be able to work with a purchase in USD and my clients are Canadian, so sell in CDN. My other accounting program works multi currencies.

  2. able to update bank account final ballance and record the transaction detail later

    since mostly I open zoho books on android version, I find it not efficient for me to wirte down bank accounts final ballance, calculate the margin either plus or minus, and then enter that on zoho books.

    It would helped a lot if you just let me update the final ballance on zoho books, you (zoho) calculate the different and I assign the proper category for the transaction. Than I would be happy

  4. Enter in an opening balance that is not imported. I have no money owed and I owe no money

    Show how to enter in an opening balance that is not imported. I have no money owed and I owe no money but have money in checking.
    Need to open with current balance without any accounting voodoo.
    a Simple input is not needed for most because of the amount of credit taken and given by business. We don't offer or use credit. You pay, you get. I pay, I get. Simple.

  5. Notify the user if bank automatic syncing has been broken

    My bank feed auto-sync was broken months ago -still not sure how as I didn't change any of my login/authorization info- and did not realize it. Now I have to import and manually enter every transaction since the point it was broken.
    I understand that broken feeds happen and sometimes aren't the fault of Zoho. But, at the very least an email notification that a feed has been broken for 48 hrs or so could save people a whole heap of trouble later on.

  6. I would like to see a bank reconciliation format be included

    The ability to print a bank reconciliation in the format of
    Bank balance add deposits in transit less unpresented checks will be most a welcomed addition.

  7. Show account affected in banking transactions

    Right now you can see the Date, Reference#, Type, Status, Deposits, Withdrawals, and Running Balance columns for all transactions.

    I'd like to see the ability to add an additional column - "Account" or "Account Affected"

  8. DBS corporate bank link

    Hello Sir/Ma'am,

    Please add DBS corporate bank (DBS Ideal - https://ideal.dbs.com/loginSubscriberv2/login/pin) linking for automatic fetch transaction and it is most helpful. I am using Zoho Books since last four years and i don't wont to leave zoho. So please add DBS bank.

  10. credit card limit

    In the Banking Feature, add a field for credit limit for credit cards. That way we can monitor the percent of credit used or how close to the max we are with our credit cards. Also nice would be entering the APR of the cards.

  14. Match transaction by searching invoice number

    When a bank statement is uploaded, there is option to match invoices. The "Best Matches" only able to find invoices that have same amount. In my case, most of the transactions are pretty much have a same amount. Also the description of my bank statment included the invoice number. However, there are no option to find match invoice by searching invoice number.

  17. auto sync bank feeds

    Bank feeds should not need to be manually initiated or varified. The bank transactions should automatically sync/pull from the bank based on a schedule.

    For example, I am a long time Quickbooks user and the bank feeds are pulled/updated automatically daily. The trigger is the first login of the day.

    I am strongly considering leaving Zoho because of this missing feature.
