  1. Convert part of estimate to invoice

    Have an option to convert selected items on the estimate to an invoice instead of the whole estimate - so that the total cost of project can be invoiced in stages as they are completed.
    The remaining items would stay on the estimate to be invoiced another time.

  2. Change of Estimate Status to Draft even after send

    When we create a Estimate---> Approve--> Sent. Then client will come back with comments to revise the estimate. When there is a revision, the status of the estimate has to change to Draft again, then the estimate has to go through the process of approval before submission

  4. Partially invoiced estimates

    Many of our projects (construction projects) result in having multiple invoices generated from a single estimate as forms of interim payments for works completed during a certain period (ie monthly). Currently the moment I create an invoice from an estimate, no matter the value, the estimate status is changed to INVOICED. But if the invoice value is less than the estimate value what would be more beneficial is to have the estimate status shown as PARTIALLY INVOICED. Once the combined invoice values linked to an estimate matches that of the estimate value, only then should the estimate status be INVOICED

  7. Estimates & Invoices - SORT EMAIL option

    For Estimate & Invoices in Books, when finalizing an invoice or estimate and preparing to email to a customer the email addresses are all grouped at the bottom of the page, and not sortable. This is a b ig inconvenience when the customer has multiple contacts, as one has to scan the big jumble. The current display shows contact emails from left to right, top to bottom, in order the contact was entered into the zoho. It would be a very nice feature to be able to sort this as a list, alphabetically by first / last name.
