Please add the one line of code that allows zoho.books.getrecords("Pricelist"...... and zoho.books.getRecordsByID("Pricelist"......Its concerning that I can access Invoices, bank records, sales orders, purchase orders etc this way but I can not access a simple list of data for pricelists

Fix the Avaza to Zapier zap
There is a bug in the current Avaza (a very good time/projects + billing system) to Zoho Books implementation (zap) that I have sent several emails to Zoho support about which has been going on for several weeks now without news on the fix. The bug seems to be random as far as I can tell (hours and hours of testing and resets later) and the Zap fails with a "Cannot read property '0' of undefined" error message. I have been on the phone to support too but I can hear/see no progress on this. Zapier integration is great feature…

Zoho Books > Documents > Email forwarding to Documents using a simpler email like accounts@mydomain
One of the biggest issues is using the zoho documents email because you can't give it to 3rd party suppliers without them messing it up.
It would be far easier to create an email in zoho mail like: accounts@mydomain, then using the filters to forward this to the email in zoho mail to the address supplied by zohobooks for the document scanning.
This would create a easier workflow and less admin for the team!

Automatic change of price increases for subscriptions for all customers at the same time
It would be greatly appreciated that when the subscription prices increase (we do it every year or every 2 years), that we can change the price in the product and that we can activate it for all new subscriptions and previous subscriptions from now or even choose the date.

Enable ability to send invoices to one email contact, but follow up reminder email sent to another contact. Our Clients request us to submit invoices to one email, but inquire about their payment by sending to another email address.

Allow for the customisation of Zoho Books Notifications such as when a customer accepts a cost estimate

Ability to call Custom Functions from Custom Buttons
We have written several Custom Functions that work in the Automated Workflows, but some of these we also use for Custom Buttons so they can be called on demand.
Right now, even though it's the same code, we have to manually copy and past the complete code into the Custom Button. This can lead to problems if the code is updated and we forget to update all the custom buttons.
Solution: Provide a way to call the Custom Function from buttons, for example if we name the custom function "po_userevent" call it from the button by doing something similar to:

Workflow based on customer activity
The workflow automation is making life easier – so thank you for that!
It would be nice to have the option of automating emails based on the customer activity. What I mean by this is that if the customer has not bought anything for i.e. 6 moths than the system can send an automated email.
This would make keeping in touch with customers so much easier!

Bank Feeds Schedule & Address Auto Fill
Having moved from another system the one time saver was their auto look up on any address you cut/paste when setting up a new customer. Just paste the entire address and select when a match is found. Then the system auto populates the fields.
Bank feeds seem to need manual intervention to update each day. It'd be great to schedule multiple updates each day. For example once in the morning before work starts so the latest information is waiting and a couple of times during the day to check for any further payments. It would mean we could action paid…

We would like to turn on automated Invoice Reminders, but there are certain invoices that we do not want to be included in the automation. Could there be a feature whereby you can go to an individual invoice and exclude it from the automation? For the vast majority of invoices, the current system is great, but about a quarter of invoices we don't want to reminders to be sent.
