  1. see available stocks within a price list

    view and export an available stocks list that includes a specific price list? So basically, i want to view all items that are on hand with the current selling price and ALSO the wholesale price on one spreadsheet. Wholesale price is in Price Lists.

  2. Allow the use of existing vendors as carriers within Inventory for shipments

    We use our own carriers as the standard carriers do not ship our kind of product. Our carriers are normal vendors in Books / Inventory, which allows us to use all the billing, payment etc. functions of these apps. However this does not allow us to use the shipping features on the system, as these are for pre-configured carriers only.

    Would it be possible to add the ability perhaps under the "Ship Manually" option to use pre-existing vendors and an email facility for shipment orders? This makes the system much more flexible and would enable users like us to use…

  4. We need be able to add costs into our inventory. So we buy a used machine, add our man hours into it and buy parts that are a

    We need to be able to add costs into our inventory. So we buy a used machine, add our man hours refurbishing it, and buy parts that are added to it. Maybe it's bought for $6,000 but we add $20,000 of parts and labor to it, all of which have to be associated with that machine and become part of COGS when it's sold. With Sage - our old accounting system- it was possible. Unfortunately we have no way to do this in Zoho Books.

  5. please add stock location option with batch details

    when create bundle to add new stocks, we have to show those stock where it placed (item location - like, raw, column) so we can reaching there quickly to dispatch those item,

    also we can change item location as per need

    It should be possible to print inventory adjustments or download as a PDF file. Currently there is no option for either, only edit or delete

  8. Include Multi Product Barcode Creation

    Allow Zoho inventory to upload all product details in a manner that the barcode printer is able to read the item SKU's and auto generate barcodes. Currently, the process is vey tedious and stocking large number of products is difficult.

  10. Use Professional Barcode Scanner in Mobile Apps

    It would be great if we could use the inbuilt barcode scanner on our mobile devices https://na.panasonic.com/ns/250230_FZ-N1mk2_Solution_Guide_FINAL.pdf. The camera is clunky and not fit for scanning many items in quickly. If we could select inbuilt scanner rather than it defaulting to the device camera that would be awesome

  11. Allow changing of warehouse

    Could you add the ability to change the warehouse AFTER a Sales Order is converted to an Invoice? Right now, after a Sales Order is converted to an Invoice, the warehouse can no longer be changed in either the Sales Order or the Invoice.

    In India for HSN falling under chapter 62 & 63 of GST act (primarily dealing with textile, garments, apparels, home furnishing, accessories etc),
    GST of 5% is applicable for items upto Rs. 1000/- and GST of 12% is applicable for items above Rs. 1000.
    For Example :

    For example : I have an item Shirt (HSN 6205) setup as an inventory item having GST inclusive selling price of Rs. 1200 (. (Sale Price without GST : Rs. 1071.43 + 12% GST : Rs. 128.57 = Rs. 1200 GST inclusive price). Here, GST rate is 12% because item cost (without GST)…
