    I suggest to launch Zoho payroll to the international market and pair it to Zoho books.

  2. multiple office365 mail integration

    We have multiple email accounts in our organization and we have multiple users set up in zoho books with the corresponding emails.

    We have connected the users via M365.

    However, the zoho microsoft 365 mail integration only allows mails to be shown from one account for the whole organization. Any other user with their own microsoft 365 accounts cannot access their emails. Moreover they cannot even see the emails presented in the primary account (the one that's working).

    For example
    We have 2 users and 2 m365 accounts namely 'sales' and 'accounts'.

  5. Secure way to send credit card details from CRM to Books

    My sales team does not work in books but will collect the credit card for new sales. ZoHo does not have a way to send this information over from the CRM to Books for the finance team to process.
    We can create quotes and estimates and even change those into invoices not sure why we cannot process credit cards.

  6. Option to add expense from books to a ticket in Zoho Desk, like Project.

    Provide an option to associate an expense created in Zoho Books to a Zoho Desk support ticket.
    Right now we can associate spending only with projects.

  8. Include steps on how to integrate Contracts with Zoho Books for automatic invoicing please.

    We would like to be able to upload the Marketing Agreement / Contracts to Zoho Books for automatic invoicing. What we know is we can upload the contract in the Zoho Sign app then integrate it to Zoho Books, however, how can we automatically invoice it ?

  11. CRM-Books Sync Error Logs | More information needed

    When syncing CRM to Books, the error logs only have two columns invoice and error - which means everytime we look at the error log, we have to click on each error to see if it needs to be corrected. There is no way to remove these errors. I suggest you add the following:

    Company/Client

    Date of error

    All columns need to be sortable so we can see the most recent errors at the top and can sort by error or by the company or by date.

    If there could be a checkbox to "Disregard This Error" that would be…

  12. Integration of Zoho Books multi-organisation with only multi-organisation in Zoho People

    We wish to create multiple organizations with different countries [Different Entities with different GST Numbers] in Zoho Books under a single account. [Entities can be Indian or International]

    This module should work across all applications in Zoho One. We should be able to identify users & their respective data based on their respective entities [should have a drop-down for selecting entities].

    At the same time, there should be one master employee database so that in future if we wish to migrate from Zoho to another platform it should be easily migrated.

  13. is zoho planning on a remote office environment like Sococo...would be a great addition

    Would love to have an integrated virtual office where we can collborate with coworkers and actually see if they are at the desk. We currently use sococo but would love to stay integrated into the Zoho environment for easy collaboration etc. I know that zoho connect is close but hoping something better is planned

  16. GSTR 2A Mismatch

    While reconciliations with GSTR 2A, We cant add the invoice which has been Submitted by the Vendor in their GSTR 1 but have not "filed" it. This shall be changed and we should be allowed to add our Value. Due to this problem we are not able to file 3B.

    zohocrm products selected in a Deal should auto populate an Estimate Sales Order or Invoice created using the zoho finance integration. Otherwise i cannot see any purpose for adding items to the Products module in a Deal in CRM.

  20. Button for CRM Sync

    I find myself going to the Zoho CRM Sync page a lot and it takes several clicks to get there. Why not put a button in a convenient place to get to that page or it could even do an instant sync when clicked.
