    "Your customers can be required to sign quotes before they can accept them from the customer portal."

    Can we also have the ability to require customers to sign invoices? It would greatly improve the ability to follow up on payments

  2. Adding Credit Note in Zoho CRM Integration

    Hello Everyone

    It would be very helpful for our sales team if they can have the list of related Credit Notes created for a client in Zoho CRM Finance Module, and if they could be able to create a credit note directly in Zoho CRM as well.

    Only Invoices, Estimates and Sales Orders are synced with Zoho Books.

  4. Job Costing

    Adding the ability to Job Cost from Zoho Books is greatly needed. All of the components are already tied and just need to be fine tuned. CRM registers everything as a deal/potential and books sees them under expense as a potential already. All that has to be done is allow the software to tie that potential to the invoice and allow it to report on it.

    Job costing is one of the most basic of bookkeeping and is essential to a business owner that provides services of any kind. Having to recreate projects in the projects module is double work…

  5. Multiple Estimates Added to a Potential

    In regards to the CRM integration allowing you to link an estimate to a potential. Currently you can only link 1 estimate per potential, we need to be able to add more than 1 estimate to a potential.

    I am looking to see it fixed with Zoho Books that two way integration is supported on it's own without having to contact support to enable or change my settings of Sync.

  8. CRM Expenditures and Orders

    When you assign a Zoho Books expense to a customer, the Potential drop-down menu appears. It would be interesting if the order numbers of these customers could also be chosen from a drop-down menu.

  9. WhatsApp Integration Auto-Bot

    In WhatsApp integration add bot
    1. If customer ask for location send maps location automatically
    2. If customer ask for total outstanding balance It should send automatically.
    3. Chat timing. if not able to chat at this time send chat between times.
    4. store opening timings if asked.
    5. Other notices if store is closed on holidays.
    6. Send pictures of products if asked only required customers with price.
    etc. Some more features like this.

  10. Overwriting when syncing needs to check which is latest info

    Created customer in Books, data got pushed to CRM, customer updated record in Books using their portal, then CRM updated Books essentially deleting what the customer had corrected.

    Your syncing needs to check what has the latest data, not just willy nilly shove all info from one system to the other without regard for which has the latest info.

  12. One Product with all basic features

    I found Zoho to be more like if you need this feature use this.. like if you want accounting use Zoho Books, if you need Serial No tracking then use Zoho Inventory..

    Most Small Business like MSME in India, don't need heavy features that you have independently but they require basics of all in one place. This is why Tally ERP 9 or Tally 18 stands out in Indian Market.

  13. Add additional address for each contact

    Need the ability to add additional addresses for a contact or edit the address while creating an EST, SO or INV. Currently, when you are creating an EST, SO or INV in the CRM integration, you can only chose the address associated and cannot add or edit, forcing you to overwrite your contacts address just to get the correct one to show up on on your EST, SO or INV. In Zoho Books, you can make these edits. Why can you not do this with the CRM integration?

  15. integrate Red Oxygen SMS with Zoho books

    There is only one SMS service provider available, Twilio. May I request an integration with Red Oxygen SMS API.

    API is simple which uses Red Oxygen account ID, username/email address and password.

  18. match email attachment with expense, or bill from zoho mail extension

    It would be nice to attach print version of email, or attachment, to a zoho book or zoho inventory transaction from the zoho mail app plugin.

    Right now I download or print to pdf, then I go to transaction in zoho books and attach. This is very time consuming
