I would like to notify my clients via SMS for the following:
Balances
Amounts due
New Invoices
General Messages and notifications.

We could purchase SMS credits or prepay for credits which we will use.

Hi all,

We now have an SMS integration with Twilio which enables you to send notifications to your customers via SMS.

You can use this for creating the below as of now-

  • Invoice Notification
  • Automatic Payment Reminder
  • Payment Thank You (this option will be enabled by default to all Users)

    You can easily integrate Spring Edge ( https://www.springedge.com ) sms gateway with all the zoho products like zoho crm, zoho books
    . SMS Notifications.
    . Reminders on pending invoices.
    . SMS Alerts on specified triggers.
    You can check on documentation to use with zoho hooks.

    dear sir when we issue invoice then customer got sms for invoice details i.e. inv no date amt tax due or paid like irctc or bank
    same thing when payment rcvd by customer then message sent by zoho that such details payment rcvd and thanks
    same thing when we pay our vendor

    In India there are millions of customers who do not use emails, but want sms updates when there invoice is generated by manufacturer, so that they can track shipments.
    Similarly manufacturere wants to send reminders as sms to customers.

    Zoho can start sms as paid /unpaid service for its users.

    Send SMS alerts to customers when invoice is created or a payment is recorded... Option to send thank you SMS to all customers.. currently this can only be done through webhooks

    SMS integration for retainer invoices and invoices should be made an option, instead of E-mial. It helps us merchants and customers too.
