I am using the free version of Zoho Books for a small non-profit. Collecting on invoices has been a challenge. Updating all the outstanding invoices by hand with late fees is incredibly time consuming (1+ hours). The online documentation suggests that late fee support has been implemented but I cannot see the option in my setup. https://www.zoho.com/us/books/help/invoice/late-fees.html

I’m an accountant, not a programmer. Custom functions are not an option for most of us. It’s like telling your local market they should have cupcakes for sale and being told, “that’s already available in the baking aisle. Just buy some sugar and baking mix and follow the instructions.”
