I've been asking for this feature for almost 3 years now. We want to be able to have our customers sign the invoice on sight on the tablet through the zoho books app so we can go completely paperless. I have heard this feature is ready but under testing right now, is it true?

Pls give us a feature of adding client signature in zoho books. As my delivery staff can take the digital signature of the client while delivering the product. This is an inevitable feature required in zoho books.

Digital signature cause you can print and sign and that defeats the point of going digital.

1. Signature field in Estimates need to include a line for date
2. You need to include spaces for both Client & Business Owner's signatures (2 fields!) -

17 hats has a signature feature with their invoices - it would be great if ZohoBooks could do that too!

This is a must. Surprising Zoho is late on that features. Most competitors propose a solution/integration for electronic signature.

Or at least put a field on Invoice and Estimate bottom that we can write our sentences like:
"This is computer generated invoice and don't need any signature or stamp" -

Zoho team needs to add digital signature to invoices and estimates mainly through the app. We have customers on the spot who need to sign the tablets to accept the estimate and agree to pay the invoice in full. This feature is the only thing holding us back from being paperless
