Please add the ability to sub-account the "credit card" type of accounts. Having all these cards not nested under one account is a real mess. Looks like crap on the reports!

More at the moment so I can create sub-accounts in the following accounts:
- Other Assets;
-Other Assets;
-Money;
-Bank;
-Imobilização;
-stock;
-Other Liabilities;
-Credit card;
Long-term -Obligations;
-Other Responsibility;
-Capital Own;
-Income;
-Other income
-Expense
-Cost Of Goods Sold;
-Other expenses;
will be very important accounts in sub-accounts payable, accounts receivable;
due to several clients and several supplier;
My idea would be when I create a new contact customer had to be; -associado as sub-accounts of accounts receivable;

So far seems to be working great and looks very well implemented.

What is the timeline for rolling out each phase?

This is a necessary functionality in many companies and many leading accounting systems have this today. The Swedish standard organisation for accounting has this in it´s recommended layout for companies accounting structure. Tried to import their csv-file but it doesn´t work. Have to find a manually solution.

It looks like we are looking to move away from Zoho completely now (Zoho CRM Plus along with Zoho Books) because of this one missing feature, primarily because of the lack of response to a feature that was stated as coming.

We may stop consideration of Zoho Books and Zoho CRM without sub accounts.

Just lost a client for Books, because this feature does not exist yet.

We want to move to Zoho Books but for us it's impossible without this functionality. Please make it happen!! Without this Zoho Books is just an cool invoicing tool

Can we please get an update to this highly requested feature, commonly available in almost all other accounting software?

It would be really useful is this could also be incorporated when recording mileage. We have to cost mileage into the services we offer and it would be great if i could distinguish between the types of mileage claims e.g. marketing related, cost of goods sold, training etc.

Allowing flexibility in the account setup would be very helpful. For example, I would like to have a 'cost of sales' account that shows up above 'cogs'. Simple example...but currently I am not sure how to deal with direct cost of sales, which is a pretty typical issue. Its not cogs but it also isn't negative 'sales' (the negative 'sales' work-around is the best I've found so far though and that works well in the mean time)

This would make Zoho Books a real tool in the of Z Books as our accounting service. The ability to categorize income and expense is great...but the sub categorize and sub-sub categorize, sub-sub-sub to a 4th and 5th level would be a great addition to the service.

User 1,2,3 is able to view each other contacts. Can this viewing rights restricted? Otherwise no point creating user. Just subscribe the lowest plan 1 user will do. No point paying so much yet the admin is not able to set the restriction for individual usage and viewing restriction.
