Make the Estimate and Invoice templates field changes during entry time rather than pre-defined.

I completely rely on Zoho books for my Accounts.
I raise several estimates and invoices on daily basis.
My customers requirements on invoices vary. Some people expect printed estimates & invoices with sign and Seal. Some people are good with digitally signed estimates and invoices.
I have to cater the customers as required.by them to sustain my business.
For this purpose, I currently use 7 different templates for estimates and 12 different templates for invoices.
Example.
Estimate with description & item-wise discount,
Estimate with description & total discount,
Estimate with description & no discount,
Estimate without description & item-wise discount,
Estimate without description & total discount,
Estimate without description & no discount,
Similarly for invoices,
Invoice with description & item-wise discount,
Invoice with description & total discount,
Invoice with description & no discount,
Invoice without description & item-wise discount,
Invoice without description & total discount,
Invoice without description & no discount,
Invoice with Ship -to address
and so on...
Such cases, force us to be critically conscious while choosing and switching between templates. There are several instances, which created unnecessary problems for me.
Recently, I forgot to change the template and the invoice didn't show the Total Discount field in PDF. The customer complained me about wrong tax calculation, since he did not see any discount there.
I suggest,
1. The item-wise discount or total discount can be displayed in PDF automatically based on the entry.
2. Choose to show Description or not in the entry screen itself, rather than to fix it in the template.
3. Choose to show Signature or not in the entry screen itself. rather than to pre-define it in the template.
4. and any other changes to make the whole process easier.
