Tracking of Import Purchases (from outside country)
Hi Zoho team,
It would be useful if we have different purchase order format for tracking import (purchase from outside country) as the same would involve tracking of shipment from shipping liners, bill of lading number, ETA and Date of departure. Below are the pecularities of the import transactions.
a. One purchase order covering multiple shipments
b. Capturing of information such as bill of lading number, ETA, container type (20 ft, 40ft) , no of cartons per container. Tracking online the ETA from shipper portal (maersk, safmarine)
c. Capturing the partial shipments against one purchase order
d. MIS report on the days taken in highseas, clearing and shipment status (unshipped, high seas, in port, cleared)
It would be nice to have such features in Zoho books so that the management gets a better picture on the procurement side.
Do let me know if you need any info bringing the above features in Zoho books.

This particular feature will be very helpful.
Zoho Team, please look into this very urgently and add this feature too. Currently I am doing this on Excel and it would be helpful, Zoho adopt this so we can club it with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
