Agreed, points and point level (status level) should be visible but read-only to user (customer or vendor) inside the web portal in Zoho Books and Subscriptions. Points should be added either automatically when a payment is received or added manually by a Zoho Organization user (admin or other role). Point awards and status levels shall be user defined (bronze, silver, gold; or member, gold, platinum).
