1. Will not it be a good idea and a confidence for Zoho Customers, if you take Net Banking credentials within Bank's site URL page, rather than taking credentials directly on within Zoho Books page.

This seems completely unsafe
We don't feel confident while entering the credentials directly.

Let's take a scenario=
Where, Just like when we click on Google icon to login to Zoho books with Gmail or Google account, it opens a window of Google itself and here Zoho Books is not taking ID and password on their own site for Google Account.
And after taking authentication from the Google site, the user then be able to login to Zoho Books.
Similarly, it should be the case for Banking Module.

1. The banking module for ICICI Corporate seems not updated. Currently, they have changed the way any user should login to Corporate account of ICICI. While your module still shows the Old way. This again feels insecure.

I wish the concern team will surely look into this so that more and more users, like us also, start using the Banking Module with automatic feeds feature, which in current scenario we are unable to do so.
