Multiple GSTN Numbers of One Customer as per Location-Its very important as of now scenario
One customer with Different Locations and different GSTIn Number as per ocation should be added in one contact , so that it gets tracked under one ledger only.
All Other Accounting Softwares provide this option after GST

Agree, I am a whole seller, I purchase from the company and depending on the stock availability. I will have to purchase from different locations/ GST's. I have around 5 vendors registered in Zoho for the same vendor with different GST

is there any other software that allows one to many relation between PAN and GST numbers

This is an essential feature under GST. Unless this feature is there I can not use this software. Disappointed as I have already updated a lot of other stuff.
