Customer Statements
Currently you can only send customer statements by going into the customer account and selecting, as we have over 300 customers who we want to send a statement each month is there any development planned to allow customer statements to be sent as a batch, it takes us hours and hours to send them individually.
Can you set up a search range function where you can select a statement period, select debit or credit balances or both and then select or tick the customers who appear so the statements can all be sent.

Their system needs to be expanded to allow printing or customer actions for more than just 30 accounts. This is ridiculous considering that most companies using a system like this has an employee size more than 30 clients/customers.

This function has arrived.
Go to Sales / Customers,
Then on the left tick the check boxes beside the various customers that youn want to send statements to.
A little button appears at the top of the page (beside the print button), that will allow you to send a batch customer statements.
I don't know why ZOHO did not announce this them selves.

We've asked for this feature to be implemented well over 2 years now but yet to see any updates. We've been reassured countless times from Zoho team over the phone that it will happen soon but yet we are still waiting.

Yes very much agree. Seems like a simple addition to add an automate end of month statement email option.

I agree completely. We have several hundred customers. I love that we have reminders that are sent to customers automatically for overdue invoices. I would love to be able to send statements to customers automatically at the end of every month or week, or whatever based on the arrangements we have with each customer.

I completely agree with this - i have a client who also has lots of credit customers who would benefit from having an automated statement facility within Zoho Books so that at the end of the month, if customers still owe you money, a statement would be sent to them.
