work-around...You can add a BCC on your Books template that would include this in emails on CRM.

Yes please! This is essential. the whole point of using zoho books for a lot of customers is to integrate it with zoho crm and other applications. If we cannot track estimates from within crm, then the integration is somewhat limited in its use. If we have to go to zoho books to track sent estimates, then the integration is somewhat pointless.

This would really us-full function to have!
A specially the ability to see the "email contents" when sending quotes, sales orders, invoices and statements to costumers / contact.
Right now we can see when the quote was sent but can't see what was agreed unless you cc yourself every-time we send quotes to customers.
Otherwise integrate ZoHo mail in order to deliver this function. It would help ZoHo increase their customer base were more people with sing into ZoHo mail for convinces!
Win win situation.

If you add the CRM BCC email address to your email templates they should appear linked to the contact in Zoho CRM.

This is essential. Clients can not search for content that has been written in emails unless they cc every email to their own email account.
