Item Merge function
There should be a way to Merge Duplicate items, just like you can merge contacts.

We need this very much. New users, if they can't find something tend to create their own item. It hurts our reporting and there isn't a great way to run a report of one particular item and find every place it has been used to change it to what item and description it should be.
