  2. Zoho Showtime : watch videos on-demand on mobile device !!

    Zoho Showtime (mobile app=showtime viewer) does not allow on-demand content (pre-recorded videos) to be viewed on mobile phones, which is very annoying for users who take online courses on this device, for example. At the time of "mobile first", it seems urgent to allow this functionality.

  7. Hi we urgently need bank feeds for Danske Bank to work in Denmark too.

    Dear Zoho. Due to Brexit, we have moved our company to Denmark. We are now trading 95% via Denmark. Token and Danske Banks works in the UK but so far Token has not fixed it for Danske Bank Denmark despite Danske Banks UK branch is run on the same platform via Denmark. We have to manually import 3 currency accounts and that is a lot of work for something that will take Token 18 minutes to fix. Please help and you than use us for marketing purposes in Denmark as there is a huge Gap in the market

    Pre-populate Estimates/Invoices with items we use all the time. We have a roofing division and every estimate/invoice looks exactly the same so it would be so helpful to have a pre-population template that has those items already loaded.

  9. TAX management in Books

    The possibility to track taxes in 2 separate accounts for inbound / outbound is a nice feature, but it needs to be improved to make it more usable (at least for EU)
    1 - be able to have sub-accounts in the inbound / outbound tax accounts. All EU accountancy uses different VAT accounts for different TAX % + intra EU tax + outside EU TAX which have to be declared differently.
    2 - for the items, it is highly possible that the inbound and outbound tax are different. So a separate field for Purchase tax would be a great addition.

  10. Why aren't task lines based on my service items?

    What's the point of having service items if I can't use them in my projects? All of my project revenue goes into a single revenue account, rather than split by work type (per my service items).

    Request you to include Proforma Invoice under Zoho Books to record advance Payments directly to the customer specific PO. it is very difficult to make a PI for separate PO's and recording payment against it. it will be great help and save lot of time. the advance payments should be reflected in customers respective PO's and PI's for tracking of payment individually if needed be.

  15. 2 Bank Accounts of Different Branches

    Bank Account details has to be set up in Invoice Template and selected Invoice template becomes default for the entire company. When we activate Branchwise accounting this creates trouble. Suppose 2 different branches may have 2 different Bank Accounts and each expects payment from client to be received in their respective Bank Account only. In such case when Invoice is generated it always shows the Bank Details which are mentioned on default template and thus creates trouble for Invoice creation.

  18. GST on Stripe's merchant fees

    At the moment the merchant fees from Stripe are just going straight to the fees expense account including the GST, it's not separating out the GST component of the fee. I'm having to manually journalise the GST portion of the transactions each quarter so that I can claim it.

  20. Allow the users the option of making line item level discount as "only in percentage" or "only in rupee" or "both" in the preferences

    Settings -> Preferences -> General -> Do you give discounts? you can only select one (Radio Button) of the 3 options:
    1. I don't give discounts
    2. At individual item level
    2a. Do you give discount in percentage
    2b. Do you give discount in value(rupees)
    2c. Do you give discount in percentage or value(rupees)
