Zoho Books - Multiple selection for terms and conditions
We have a 2 sets of terms and conditions namely 1 for group bookings and 1 for FIT bookings. These terms and conditions need to appear on the invoices. However the invoice template only allows for 1 terms and conditions. It would be ideal if there could be an option to add more than 1 set of terms and conditions as our current option is that we have to manually amend terms on the invoice. This is very risky as it could lead to errors.

Enable larger images to be displayed - Thumbnail is too small
The image displayed in Estimates is too small for the type of products we sell. Sometimes it's small visible details that differentiate us from our competition. The images should be enabled to be as large vertically, as the description.

Pls create a module to store Transporter Details which can be used while creating sales order, delivery challan, invoice and e-way bills
Our different customers have their fix transports most of the times, so when they place the orders we are supposed to use that specified transport. We store the transport name along with account module. then this is auto -populated while creating sales order, then delivery challan and then e-way bills and invoice. We are using a different software and now we are evaluating the Zoho books. If you need more information pls let me know. I can show the demo in our current software for same.

Display line level discount in Transactions tab in the contextual item sidebar
The Transactions tab in the contextual item sidebar feature launched in the month of May 2020 is a very useful and a welcome feature.
It presently shows the Quantity and the Item price. We request you to kindly enable it to show the line-level transaction discount also as it is a variable for each customer and a very important and required information. This is for all the modules - Estimates, Sales Order, Invoices, Purchase Order and Bills.

Sales module, need to see the balance qty that we haven't and have shipped/invoiced to client

In the All Transactions View allow changing of columns displayed to show Tags
Currently the All Transactions View of both the Checking and Credit accounts views have fixed columns. They cannot be adjusted to include or move columns. I'd like to see the Tags columns to see which transactions have been tagged.

Packing slip total # of pieces
We sell physical goods and when packing the items, it would be very helpful to have a "Total # of pieces" option at the bottom of the packing slip.
That way, after packing goods a quick look at "total # of pieces" would help the shipper verify if everything has been picked.

Cleaner and easier custom domain for portal
I have a custom domain name setup for my books account - one proble i have is that although my domain names are easier for zoho services i.e book.domain.com or support.domain.com my clients have a harder time remembering the client portal address which is more like:
https://invoice.domain.com/portal/portalname/login
my clients are constantly losing this link and have to ask me to remind them of it, and even i cant remember this url chain.
why couldnt it be invoice.domain.com/client or even client.domain.com or portal.domain.com etc like all other zoho services - it would be nice to be able to map a specific…

Would be nice to be able to see the line item numbers when in edti mode
When you create an estimate and save it you can see the line numbers in the PDF mode. Why can't you see this while creating and editing?

Payment reminder rules for certain customers.
Some customers get a 2 week grace period to pay me, but that doesn't mean I want the due date on their invoice to show Net 15. It's due on receipt.
Solution 1: can I set "expected payment date" at the customer level, not at the invoice level. All invoices made for Customer SMITH will default to 15 days expected payment date. Then I can control the reminders based on the expected payment date. Setting this payment date for every single invoice isn't feasible

Provide Match transaction button on the Bill Screen itself, to cater to pre-payments
This way, the reconciliation and matching of bills with pre-payments will involve lesser screen transitions.
