  1. Create Integromat module for Zoho Books

    Integromat is quickly gaining market share on the integration platforms market and is now second largest after Zapier. However they claim Zoho Books isn't adhering to oAuth standards which is why they can't create a module for your platform.

    I want to ask the Zoho Books team to give all the support Integromat needs to create the module, so we can integrate Books with our other systems through their platform

  2. Bank transfer to another account should include all accounts

    When recociling the bank account I would like the option to be able to pick any ledger account, or at least any balance sheet account. If I have liabilities accrued and a standing order paying them monthly I want to be able to post directly to it.

  3. Total in words in languages other than English

    In invoices, we need an options to have "total in words" to be translated to a chosen language

  4. ROUND OFF IN PURCHASE BILL

    DUE TO WITHOUT ROUND OFF THE BILL ALL THE BILL AMOUNT IS NOT MATCH WITH VENDOR BILL VALUE & FOR FEW PAISE THE BILL IS SHOWING ALWAYS IN LIST OF OVERDUE BILLS & OUR PAYMENT AMOUT IS ALSO DID NO MATCH WITH VENDOR BILL AMOUNT.

  5. Create a ZenDesk App specifically for logging time against projects

    I would really like a ZenDesk app that would have two functions.

    1. It would lookup the customer by matching the ZenDesk "organization" name to the customer company name.

    2. It would then filter to show projects associated with that customer. From there someone could easily select the correct project and task and then if it filled in the ticket ID and subject from the ZenDesk ticket into the notes field for the time entry on the project that would make logging time through ZenDesk super easy.

  8. Limit access to Sales Person field

    Could you include an option to limit the management of "salespersons" to one role?

    The role could choose one salesperson or include themselves as one if they are a salesperson but would not be able to view, edit or delete other existing salespersons.

  9. Link One Vendor with Various Customer

    For e.g. I have one vendor with whom I purchase 2 different item and that item I sell to 2 different customer. Now Zoho has limitation that 1 vendor can only be linked to one customer , it doesn't allow to link same vendor with other customer of mine.
    How can we solve this?

  11. Quantity recorded cannot be more than quantity ordered.

    As some products might have approximated weight, it is possible invoiced quantity might be little bit higher than sales order quantity. However, currently this is not possible. Please try and give an option for allowing the difference or a limit of how much difference there can be.

  14. Show Total Outstanding on each PDF invoice.

    Zoho Books on customer/client's invoice should show up the total outstanding amount as option. It's much more easy to track customer and customer easy to find it if they don't us "Client Portals".

  15. Unable to inactive resources from the project

    when the user switches one project to another project we are not able to stop their access for the current project.

  16. Allow for alias for zoho receipts on my domain

    All that would have to be done is a additional account be added to the Zoho Mail and that account would be set up to forward all emails to the system generated email address for the receipt inbox. I know this works i did it on my mail server before going to zoho one. And now i cant do it with out creating a additional license on zoho one.

    Why? Well the inbox is essentially a AR@yourdomain email that way all incoming invoices goes to it. Only issue is if someone emails that account that is not a receipt. So…

  18. Remark to Populate in sales orders it does shows up in Invoice

    Remarks that you set in customer details do show up when you create a invoice. They do not show up in sales orders. Can this be fixed please.

  19. Search with wildcards

    It should be possible to search with wildcards. We have a database with 12000+ items.

    Example: I want to add 'Stamp ABC 123 17mm' to a quote

    When I search for 'stamp' it gives me 400+ results
    Being able to enter 'stamp*17mm' or 'stamp%17mm' or 'stamp&17mm' and then narrowing the result list down to the matching results would really help!

    So please add a possibility to search for multiple parts in an item name description with one request.

  20. Please integrate the NMI gateway company so I can process payments through zoho.

    I use NMI gateway but I dont see it as an option. It is very important to our company this is added so we can continue business. Thank you
