Make Sales Estimates available in Zoho Inventory - not only Zoho Books
My sales people can do all of their work in Zoho Inventory EXCEPT create Sales Estimates. I have to give them access to Books just to do this. Why aren't these forms available in BOTH apps???

I have a branch named "Head" with opening balance in only one account name "Offset ledger". This branch i wish to delete but I am not able.
I have a branch named "Head" with opening fractional or decimal balance in only one account name "Offset ledger". This branch I wish to delete but I am not able to delete it as it says there is transaction in it. Please delete this account balance as no transaction is recorded in it. This account has 0.1 balance in it. PLs delete this branch and the account balance in it.

Insurance Void
Having been on the wrong side of Insurance Companies and having my insurance voided through a careless error in filling out an online comparison application, I decided to start a government petition to try to get insurance voids time limited.
Insurance voids can happen for many reasons, careless errors, unintentional omissions, financial difficulty, negligence, black box insurance contraventions. It's fair to punish offenders but not for life, this needs to be time limited like penalty points on a license.

Hello All,
I am needing a crm start-up business software that can do the following:
Manage service tickets, and apply service agreements to them when they are eligible.
Alert us when service agreements are expiring.
Keep track of inventory, along with serial numbers.
Create invoices for the service tickets.
Keep track of time and attendance for my workers.
Allow customers to be able to send an email and have it automatically create a ticket.
We are currently looking for CRM solution at https://technologycounter.com/crm-software/india, but didnt finalize yet, so we are looking for a suggestion.
