Add a [Save and Continue] button
I know Zoho Books has an auto save feature but it is never clear when it actually saves. Sometimes I work on long invoices that can take me several hours so having a [Save and Continue] button gives me peace of mind that what I just did is saved.
Note: I can always save but to continue working I have to open the invoice again.

Show unbilled amount for partially billed purchase orders not just PO value
At the moment you can only see PO value but not what is left on the PO to bill. You have to go into PO and click Convert to Bill to see how many units remain.

Selecting un-billed Purchase Orders
Is it possible to have a new "Default filter" which can select all Purchase Orders that are currently not billed in the system.
When this Filter is selected, all the Purchase Orders current in the system with a grey/uncoloured dot come up in the new filter.
This can make it easier/clearer for the user to see what still needs to be billed. This can mean less Purchase Orders being missed.

Allow Merging Invoices
Allow the ability to check two or more invoices and merge the items together to form a new invoice. This would allow the ability to send one invoice for a recurring charge and then add the draft items to the same invoice, preventing having to send two invoices to the same customer.

Multiple clients under one company
We have multiple clients from the same company
1) We Require separate link
i ) to check for company wise details
ii ) to check for customer wise details.just like "Display Name"
With the facility we have now, we get duplicate contacts.
2) Payments are also made for multiple clients from same company in one transaction.
i ) Finding difficulty in matching payments to multiple clients from single payment.
ii ) Could not generate Outstanding receivables report by company wise.

Project Task List Management
Due to the nature of my work I have a lot of projects that are essentially always live with multiple tasks that are marked inactive when complete and billed. The task lists are getting very very long, if there is no way to hide inactive tasks (which would be ideal), then a way to sort the list would be very useful. Sort by active/inactive, hours logged etc.

List credited invoices as credited
Current, a credited invoice is marked as "PAID" - please change this to "CREDITED", so you can easily tell the difference, without having to opening every single invoice

Would like to charge daily rate vs hourly rate
We charge by the half day or full day per partner. We dont charge hourly. Would be good to set daily rate per partner vs have to input as hours.

Adding Zoho Books to the Open Banking List
We would like to link our business bank account with Zoho, however Natwest have said Zoho is not in the open banking approved list. We don't want to link our account if it has not been approved.

Allow employee reimbursements to be applied to more than one expense reports
When recording an employee reimbursement, all the employee's outstanding reimbursable expense reports are listed, but you can only select one of them!! It should be very helpful to be able to apply the amount paid to an employee across several expense reports...

Inventory Valuation
Valuing inventory to include Overhead and Labor Burden is essential part of period end financial reporting. Inventory calculations, albeit time consuming, are repeatable and could be configured within the system. Allowing the user to select which accounts to apply to overhead and at what percent, as well as burden thus allowing the system to do the valuation for the user at period end.

allow out of the box fields, such as Timesheet Notes, to be required
Often, for a timesheet entry to be complete, a note needs to be entered to indicate what was done during that time. It would be helpful if there were an option to make Notes required when stopping a timer or submitting a timesheet entry.

Flexible sales approval process
While we turn on the "sales approval" process the approval is applied on sale orders, sales invoices, credit notes etc by default,
It must be more flexible as to on which modules we want the approval like in our organization we only want Approval for sales order not on Invoice & credit notes.

Autogenerate invoices based on when invoice sent, not created in draft mode.
It would be useful to have the option for the auto-generation of invoices to occur when an invoice is sent out, rather than prepared in draft format. Every time I prepare an invoice it autogenerates, even if I then delete that draft ('cos I make a mistake).

Expenses by currency
Why is there no ability to filter expenses by currency?
Zoho clearly captures the information so it is just a question of adding Expense Amount (FCY) as a field that can be used in specifying the criteria for any filtering.
Quick change, quick win for me.

Printing of time on reports
Every time a report is printed, we need the time of print. With transactions taking place throughout the day, we can validate the report based on the printed time. The printing of time should be optional.
