    We want option in ZOHO books to convert Quote into Delivery challan also, because we send material frequently on Delivery challans which is converted from quotations only

  2. Enable Editing of Custom Fields for Active Fixed Assets

    Currently, Zoho Books does not allow editing of activated fixed assets, including custom fields. While it is understandable that modifying financial or depreciation-related data might not be feasible, the inability to update custom fields presents challenges for users needing to make minor changes. For instance, when an asset's location (stored in a custom field) changes, the only workaround is to clone the asset and create a new one. This process is unnecessarily complex for non-financial details that do not impact accounting.

  7. Datev Unternehmen Online

    Datev Unternehmen Online ist ein Tool, mit welchem Unternehmen ihre Eingangsrechnungen und Ausgangsrechnung als PDF übergeben. Das Unternehmen bestimmt zu jedem Beleg durch Erfassungsmasken, welchem Debitor / Kreditor der Beleg zugewiesen wird. Außerdem werden Belegdaten erfasst und der Beleg kontiert. Durch diverse Schnittstellen ist es möglich, Belegbilder und Belegdaten aus ERP Systemen zu Datev Unternehmen Online oder auch direkt zu Datev zu exportieren. Durch die digitale Buchhaltung ist es wichtig, dass die E-Rechnungen mit dem Datev Export übermittelt werden. Durch Datev Unternehmen Online bzw. den Schnittstellen wäre dies entsprechend möglich.

  8. Asset value appreciation

    If I have an asset that has gained value, lets say a piece of land.. I want to be able to record the appreciation value of the asset. Presently zoho only has a depreciation expense.

    Hi, I am very disappointed related to customer statement, In Zoho help forum many clients requested you to give provide more templates for zoho customer statement. which is very necessary for the businesses. This is main tool. Sometimes we need reference number or any reference in Customer Statement. Its been 6 years many people asked you, still no response on this matter, i am really surprised that this is not a big deal to provide this option or to provide more templates.

  16. Access to consultants / outside organization

    We have external consultants works for us to maintain accounts and audit. We do not have the feature to invite them here in Zoho Books. If the feature is enabled the purpose of subscribing zoho books will be resolved.

  19. Customization or Need some update

    Hi,
    Not able to create the ledger individually and Salaries we could not make Employee name. How we can get the each employee statement ?

    Rent exps - If we have 2 different office & Landlord. We need to have different ledger under their names. But In zoho we could not make it.

  20. Adding Quick Tax method for Calculating GST and QST Remittances

    In Canada, you can subscribe to the "Quick Method of Accounting for Calculating GST and QST Remittances" - This means that while you charge the regular % of taxes to the client, you do not have to remit the same percentage to the government afterwards.

    This only means that once you have chosen that option in Zoho and chosen the appropriate rates that apply to you, the GST and QST Remittances reports settings will be modified to take into account those rates at the correct lines.
