  4. Invoices in Indian languages.

    With India becoming more connected by internet, we need support and softwares in all major indian languages. Atleast we need invoice print in Indian regional languages (for me Tamil).

  5. How to add my own HTML invoice template if none of provided template useful after customization?

    In current given 50+ invoice template there is no option to adjust the width of any particular custom item if I want to give small width for the number ## and need to give more for start and end date DD-MM-YYYY so justify proper space utilization.

    what if I want to show all 3 custom item in the same column as below

    There is no option for that.

    I suggest we are from IT industry Zoho use HTML template for all Invoice and Print that HTML part to PDF.

    Give us the formatting guideline to…

  7. In Banking transaction list, can you have the next page also at the top

    In Banking transaction list, can you have the "next page" also at the top so you dont have to scroll down to go to the next page.
    I the same way, have the process button also at the bottom

  9. Include Gst calculation in Journals

    when we purchase an asset like computer we have make a journal entry for that
    But computer price includes gst which can be availed as input
    So in manual journal if we have an option to make entry with gst we can claim ITC

  11. Allow us to address a different company name within the customers shipping address.

    We often have customers who are re-sellers or a systems integrator. In these orders, the items are not shipped to the paying client, they are shipped to their end user at a different location. Many of which have different company names.

    Please add an additional field when creating shipping addresses that allow us to have a separate company name for shipping address and one for billing address.

    giving an example:

    Different Reporting Tags created as below:
    tag1
    tag2

    user1 will have access to tag1 only, he can create, edit, generate report wrt transactions under tag1 only
    likewise, user2 will have access to tag2 only, he can create, edit, generate report related to transactions under tag2 only

  15. Products Created In Zoho Subscription or Zoho books don't Synch

    Products which are created in Zoho books or Zoho inventory cannot be accessed in Zoho Subscription. If I want to sell a product has a subscription and there is a cost to it, there is no means in Zoho Subscription to do this. Only invoices get replicated to Zoho books, but the cost of the product can't be derived. Please add the option to select product in Zoho Subscription from Zoho Inventory.

  16. I would like to have font Khmer Unicode to be available for printing on Invoice and Bill. Thanks.

    I have input the data into the invoice or bill. Then I want to print it out, but it doesn't recognize Khmer font in the invoice or bill. Thanks.

  17. Enable mortgage loans against property

    This is a sorely missing feature. The software should enable the entry of loan principal, interest rate and term and enable the reduction of the loan and the interest expense to be easily recorded. Keeping two separate accounts for principal and interest and having to enter two transactions per month is cumbersome.

  18. round

    There should be an option of round off in expenses because most of the vendor or supplier issue us the round off total bill. Due to this we are unable to match the transaction with bank record in Zoho books.

  20. Subsidiary Management

    It would be very fine if you introduce the subsidiary Management feature. We can create multiple organizations in zohobooks, what you need to do is to make enable to integrate the organizations to be registered as subsidiary, so that we may have consolidated statements for both organizations as well as standalone statement for each organization.
