Add the ability to change the theme colour depending on which Organisation you are in
Currently in the mobile app you can select a theme, which changes the main colour of the app. It would be really handy to be able to have a theme per organisation, so that you can visually see which organisation you are currently in.

Contact related transactions
In the iOs app, it's currently not possible to search for contacts and see all related transactions (quotes, sales orders, invoices etc.)...! Please make this possible as soon as possible, what's the point of having a mobile app if this kind of checks can't be done?

Bank Charges field on iOS app
When recording an invoice payment on the web version of Zoho Books, I am able to enter bank charges for a transaction, but not on Zoho Books for iPhone/iPad. That field is simply missing. I can run the web version just fine in Safari, but it’s a clunkier workflow. I would love to see that field added for the iOS app.

Mobile timer: allow me to enter notes and save to close
In the timer screen where you can stop and start... the only thing missing that would really make life easier is something to signal the end of the journey, especially the notes field, I understand that we need to select the project and task first (though I wish there was a way you can start a random timer and choose the artifacts at the end of the journey), but to enter notes at the beginning or after you stop and go back to timesheet screen, is a bit of a long trip. If there were at least the notes field…

Apply Available Retainer Fee to Invoice From Mobile App
When you have collected a retainer for an estimate, then convert the estimate to an invoice, you apply the retainer to the converted invoice. You cannot currently do this from the mobile app. Its a core functionality for those using retainer invoices (which is currently automatically created when the customer accepts the estimate).

Allow other messaging services to be used (like WhatsApp) to send messages to a client from inside the mobile app.
When you open a contact card on the mobile app, it is possible to call and message them among other things. It would be great if one can choose your default messaging app, like WhatsApp. Possible?

Zoho Books Android App: Clicking an invoice notification should bring up the invoice
Currently, When you click a notification related to an invoice on the Android app it just takes you back to the app home screen. The notification should be a link to the invoice that so that you can can see what client it is associated with and what is on the invoice. Please make it so that when you click a notification related to an invoice it brings up the invoice that the notification is associated with.

It would be a great feature if users can use the app offline and sync it later when they have wifi.Salesmen can create new invoices or create new customers on the go without loading time.

I need to update the note field for a timesheet throughout the day but this seems to be a limitation in your app.
On the mobile app, I need to update the note field throughout the day but this seems to be a limitation in your app. I cannot leave the Time Sheet without completing the time, even if I have the Timer running. So I have to start the timer, open a notepad to record the jobs I am performing and then stop the timer and copy and paste my notes from notepad into the notes field in timesheet.

Reduce the size of mobile uploaded receipts!! It takes over 30secs per receipt over mobile data
I make several business purchases a day, uploading each to Zoho through my mobile is very time consuming (20 secs approx over wifi, 30secs over data). Reducing the size of the image uploaded, or background uploading will massively help this - i don't need an 8mega pixel receipt.

Show timer in lock screen
It would be great if once you run the timer in the app, that it shows the timer while in Lock screen on the iPhone. At the moment, you forget if the timer is on or off. need some sort of way to see this quickly or access it while in lock screen.
