While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

    Please allow users / admins to delete only mail account not to close the complete account, user / admin can create mail account by mistake, then he should have option to delete the same, it should not happen that he can't

  4. ability to send test emails

    After updating an email template I'd like to send it to myself to see if all parameters are showing correctly.

  5. Allow a user to delegate the right to send email from his address

    I would like that a user allows another user to send an email from his address, so that an assistant can send a quote in the name of a sales manager.

  6. Logo placement in templates

    Though is set the category to email templates. This is actually for PDF templates and templates in general.

    WHe i was styling the template i noticed that when you add a logo without any white margin all the text below get cramped to the bottom of the logo.

    Im a graphic designer so i know some tricks to solve this. I also adjusted the email templates so it loads a logo cross domain.

    BUt the gross of the users of ZOho probably dont know how to adjust there own logo so it looks nice on the template. Though we can…

  8. Improve the email tracking

    I can see only the address in the "to" field and not the "CC" when i check the "story" of, for example, an invoice.
    I cannot see the email content (if i have write something dedicated to the receiver).

  9. Provide placeholder for credit card last for digits within payment receipts and on receipt templates.

    For the receipts sent to customers, please add "last 4 digits of card" as an available field to display in the receipt template, nor in the email template.

    Some customers have multiple cards on file and there is currently no way to convey which card was charged for a specific transaction. It is not available in the customer facing portal either.

  12. Correct/ update the name when sending to an alternate contact

    When you send a quote or invoice/ any email to a contact the system automatically picks the main contact, even if you have picked another. It can be a bit embarrassing if you don't remember to change it every time!!

  13. Batch edit customers into different language groups (English, German etc.) when sending out email templates

    We pretty much have no returning customers as we offer sort of once-in a life time experiences. Our customers, however, come from various different countries.

    It would be good if we would not have to associate every single customer with the email template of his language via the contact module. but moreover have our customers assigned to language groups where each German customer receives all templates in German, English customers receive all templates and notifications in English etc..

  14. Full DKIM Support

    My company requires DMARC Records but due to Books not having full dkim support like your Zoho Mail and Zoho Campaigns do the DMARC will fail any emails coming from zoho books.

  15. Add a check box on estimates/invoices for acceptance of terms and conditions

    We have policies about refunds, exchange and returns and we would like to have the ability to add a check box (or the like) to an estimate/sales order/invoice to require the customer to acknowledge that they have read and accept those terms and conditions of purchase

  16. add freetext for emails not present in contacts

    in email templates should be good to be able to put a freetext address (not a contact) in the cc or bcc field

  19. add a placeholder of the current date to include in email templates

    I want to inform my costumer that we have checked our bank untill today and have not received the outstanding amount yet. Currently we copy the current date in every mail, would be much easier if it was included as a placeholder.

  20. Include items/tax placeholder in email templates

    Please include placeholders for Items in email templates so that we can include a summary of charges in the email body itself and client can see details of items without downloading PDF invoice.
