Ability to enter start date and end date by task
We want custom field for each task . It is not possible to define total cost per task. Per task bill is based on time spent. Provision is required for lump sum per task

Work Order
I would like to be able to create a Work Order from the Sales Order without taking items away from the Sales Order.
A Work Order is what I issue to the employees who will perform the work in the field. I need items and quantities to come from the Sales Order and not show the monetary value.

Fix search function in card view
I cannot search for active projects in card view -- if I am in the Active view and run a search while looking at the project cards, it automatically changes to all and includes inactive searches in the results.

Add goods sold to timesheet
It would be nice to be able to add goods sold like you can add expenses to timesheets. Items that are sold are different then expenses because goods sold will have a markups and ossible sale tax were as expenses do not. Right now if I sell something to my customer through out the month I have to remember to add the item to the invoice after I great it through timesheet at the end of the month. It would also be nice to setup task as tax exempt. Labor doesn't get sales tax add to it but by default…

Reclass
Auto create projects based on products in accepted estimates,invoices, and sales receipts. Templates for projects will already be created in ZP, in invoices and estimates, give option to create projects when invoice is paid or when it is created and estimates when it is accepted or when invoice is issued or when invoice is paid

Allow decimal time entry in Android app
In the web based interface, I am able to enter for example 1.25 hours of time on the timesheet. However, in the android app, I must enter this as 1:15. It's not a huge deal, but accepting 1.25 would make this more consistent and is a fair bit easier to type on phone keyboard as well.

Projects view should show unbilled hours, also it has a column called rate but it has nothing in it?

Log time for another users and sub contractors
As an admin you should be able to add time to a project for another users. I would also like the ability to create subcontractors without having to create a user account for them. Thanks.

Add billable/non-billable hours indicator to timesheet calendar view.
We can see the total number of hours recorded for a given month on the calendar view of the timesheet. It would be very helpful to see a split between billable and non-billable hours on both the overall monthly total as well as the weekly totals. As it stands, we need to run reports any time we want an accurate total of billables for the month. This is cumbersome.

Implement the creation of a common task list for all projects
The user should be able to implement and utilize a common task list for all projects to simplify time entry on a project. This would be useful for users who regularly utilize the same tasks over and over. This would enable the user to avoid having to re-create the same tasks for every new project.

Cost Plus on Expenses
Projects needs the ability to have a cost plus on expenses for billing purposes. When setting up the project simply put a percentage to add on all expenses and when billing expenses are marked up by that amount. Most of. our jobs are by Task Rate and Cost Plus on Expenses

Project or Timesheet Fixed Fee option
We only have Fixed Fee Projects.
Need a way to create a projects with tasks that can be set to completed with the option to put the date started and ended.
Then have proper reporting to view the completion of or the timeline completion.
Seems this option has been ignored in the past posts and never looked into in either Timesheets or Projects.

Make Projects Able to Be Bulk Edited
At the very least I'd like to be able to mark them Active / Inactive in bulk. But there are a lot of other options that could be added to a bulk update feature.

Project invoicing workbench - ability to adjust project hours and expenses to invoice to customer
Creation of a "Project Invoicing workbench". This feature is like a dashboard where all the projected related logged time, expenses etc.. is visible in one place. A filter can be placed on projects for a particular customer where we would select multiple projects done for a customer.
Then there would be a ability to adjust the logged time and expenses for the selected project. This is needed because i may want to only invoice time that may be admissible for that project and expenses that the client will accept. Some expenses may not be in my contract that my employees…
