Project entries from Sales Invoice and Purchase Bills, very essential..
Allow project entries to be made from Sales Invoice and Purchase bills, right now Zoho only allows to enter from "Expenses". We want to enter it on accrual basis and not on cash basis.

Add billable/non-billable hours indicator to timesheet calendar view.
We can see the total number of hours recorded for a given month on the calendar view of the timesheet. It would be very helpful to see a split between billable and non-billable hours on both the overall monthly total as well as the weekly totals. As it stands, we need to run reports any time we want an accurate total of billables for the month. This is cumbersome.

Allow decimal time entry in Android app
In the web based interface, I am able to enter for example 1.25 hours of time on the timesheet. However, in the android app, I must enter this as 1:15. It's not a huge deal, but accepting 1.25 would make this more consistent and is a fair bit easier to type on phone keyboard as well.

Work Order
I would like to be able to create a Work Order from the Sales Order without taking items away from the Sales Order.
A Work Order is what I issue to the employees who will perform the work in the field. I need items and quantities to come from the Sales Order and not show the monetary value.

Currently project times can only be rounded up to 30 minutes. Requesting that the option to round up to the hour.

Ability to create and budget for a project that is not attached to a specific customer, i.e redesigning our own website.
We would still like to track expenses and hours spent even though it will never be billed to a customer.

Project users shall have limited rights
Project users shall have limited rights
In Zoho Books, under Timesheet, a user can be added to a Project.
The user's rights can be limited to view only using the roles settings.The problem is that once I add a user to a project then that user can see all invoices, expenses and bills of the entire company. It would be great if he/she could only see the invoices, expenses and bills related to the project, to which he/she was given access to.
This needs an urgent fix to comply with data protection regulations.

Simply Timer with ONLY customer and notes section
I need a simply timer option that would allow my field techs to choose/enter a customer and then add notes as to what work they did. Current Zoho Timer option requires me to setup projects for every customer and every type of troubleshooting efforts we do. The current Zoho Timer is useful for certain customers but not the majority of the work we do.

Task
I would like it if we could rearrange the task by date, A-Z and other features. When I make it inactive, I want it to disappear!! Also, when I tell it to show 200 to a page, make it stay that way. It's all annoying because I have to repeat every single time.

Not allow employees to log billable time on non-billable tasks
Currently timesheet users can add billable time to a task that is designated as non-billable. If a task is set to non-billable the "billable" checkbox on time entry should be disabled or not be shown at all. The current workaround is to have a separate fixed cost project which is not ideal.

Timesheet approval by clients
Typical Workflow:
Engineer works on a project for a customer.
Engineer completes timesheet for hours spent on that project.
Timesheet is approved by customer's project manager / user
Approved timesheet is sent with invoice to customer finance.So far the Zoho process assumes hours and costs are managed internally, and not approved by the customer. This is not normal. At the moment zoho books does not allow:
Approval of timesheets by customer (hardcopy is fine)

Project based on assign the total hours to be billed
In Zoho Books, I need to assign the total hours to be billed for the project.
In my case, I need to assign 20 hours (for example) for a project and bill the customer every monthly when the last day is reached. In addiction it is important to accumulate the hours when the customer will not use the hours either by request or support for instance for the next month.

Add Zoho Books Australian account support to Chrome Extension
I was wondering why the extension would never sign in, therefore being useless. Then I looked in the extension settings, and the list of Zoho domains it supports, and books.zoho.com.au is missing, so the extension can't work for any Australian businesses. Could this be fixed so we can use it with Australian Zoho Books accounts too please?

Recurring Projects
I have repeating monthly services, which are charged on fixed cost.
Even though there are fixed I create a project to log actual work hours in order to track internally how we perform and if our pricing is correct.The problem is that I have to clone this project each month manualy in order for the budget vs actual and revenue reports would be correct each month. Else the comparison is for a project which is setup up for one month vs logged hours of several months.
