  1. To be able to delete Zoho notifications after receiving them.

    I would like to have the ability to delete notices from Zoho after I have read them. They stack up and tack up room.

  2. Allow USD customers to make payment through razorpay

    Currently only INR customers are integrated with razorpay. Why is USD not allowed?

  3. We want to integrate the estimate form

    We want to integrate the estimate form into our website so that our customers can select their products and buy them online.
    They do not have accounts in zoho books and the payment must be done in our platform, not in zoho.
    Is their a way to embedd the estimate form in an iframe and access it anonymously (not logged into zoho books).

  4. 1. Include better reconciliation feature between card settlement and invoices.

    Integrate with card processors so that the fund transfer from Invoice, to charge to merchant to bank can be fully automatically captured in books. At this time, it is painful to reconcille between bank and invoice.

  7. Be able to pull total project cost data from the project list pull from the API

    Right now the only way to pull the total project cost data is to pull from each individual project. Which would mean I would have to write each individual API calls for each project. This solution is not sustainable/automatic. It would be so great if I could get the total project cost along with the list of all projects in one API call so I can do things such as budget analysis and a multitude of different things.

  10. triggers

    A/B or IF/AND/THEN Triggers

    We currently have Books connected through Zapier to Ship Station. The current trigger is set so that when an Invoice in Books is marked as PAID, then the Invoice/Order information is sent via Zapier to Ship Station. But we don't to send every single Invoice/Order to Ship Station...since not every Invoice is for an item(s) that needs to ship out.

    What we want to see is the following for a trigger option:
    IF Invoice is marked as PAID,
    AND Invoice custom field PRODUCT TYPE = PHYSICAL PRODUCT,
    THEN trigger Zapier to send information to Ship Station.

  11. to add Cheque Printing Feature on Zoho

    I am Running Business of thread... having huge amount of transactions weekly...so i need to write cheque manually.....& yes i have buy 1 years plan of zoho book.... there is one Option or Feature i want you to add is Cheque printing Feature.....

    So that will help me as well lots of people to cheque print professionally.....hope you will respond..asap

  12. integrate calendar with timesheets

    As a consultant/service provider I'd like to auto populate Timesheets with my calendar items. This will save me the weekly grudge of manually inputting the data that is already available in the tool that I use anyway (Calendar) to manage my time and meetings.

  13. Allow more than one Subscription/Books company to sync with CRM.

    We have more than one company we use for billing our customers because we offer more than one type of service.
    Example:
    1. We do marketing and advertising for customers for our classified ads website and
    2. Build websites for people. Which are two completely different companies for us but sometimes they overlap.
    Meaning they do Advertsing/Marketing AND Website building/SEO, etc.
    So it would make it easier if in the CRM it showed ALL of what the client has subscriptions for. I hope this makes sense! :)

  14. Forte clearing account like Stripe

    When automatic invoices clear through Stripe, there is a cleaning account that shows every transaction and the fee associated with each transaction.

    With Forte, you get one lump sum deposit of all the payments received that day. So in order to reconcile that transaction, you have to go through and figure out what got paid from the notifications you receive to try to match it to the day.

    That is very time consuming and as we get more and more transactions going through, this is becoming more of a problem.

    The idea here is to allow Forte to send transactions…

  15. Enable batch numbers in Zapier integrations

    We cannot currently use Zapier to bring in sales invoices from our online store (Bigcommerce), because Zoho Books does not provide a line to enter a batch number, but rejects the incoming invoice because it lacks a batch number!

  18. Zoho Books Credit Notes Zap integration to Xero

    Zapier integration between Zoho Books and Xero does not have the option to post Zoho Books Credit notes through to Xero. This makes life hard as we have to manually add credit notes into Xero..

  19. Need to view the specific Avalara integrated records in Zoho Books Estimate, Invoice

    Once upon a time I am enable avalara integration and create the one record. then disable it. But, Now I try to view that record. I understand is that not possible now.

  20. Integrate Zoho Books with amazon.com settlement statements. Currently supported is a zapier trigger for new orders, but not for accounting!
