  1. Export data with attachements (invoices paiements & attachements)

  2. Enable viewing folders in Google drive attachments

    When "Attaching receipts" to a transaction from google drive you cannot view via folders, you can only search via file name, makes it impossible to find the files and clunky. Its such a great feature but its not worth using without this simple addition to its functionality. Thanks!!

  5. Link SO, Invoice & POs with a common value

    Linking Sales orders, invoices and purchase orders would enable easy tracking of the transactions between all three.

    We'd like to see one common value that links all there and can be used as reference # for invoice and PO at the same time. This common value can be used by the "organization" to track related transactions between customers and vendors

  6. Posting Periods on Transactions

    i need a posting period on transactions so that i can track transactions by period regardless of the date of a transaction. for example, i have an invoice dated 1/1/2015 & another invoice dated 3/4/2015, and i want them both to post in FEB 2015 (because what period both are charging for). then i want to select FEB 2015 from a dropdown on each transaction. i want calendar months as my choices, but others may want years or quarters.

    & reports should be able to filter & aggregate data based on desired periods.

  7. Allow the assignment of tax rates to different expense and payable accounts

    When setting up tax rates, these are accounted for in the Sales Tax Expense Account and Tax Payable Account. We need to be able to account tax rates in different accounts in order to track the correct tax payable for each type of tax. For jurisdictions with different tax types, this is essential.

  8. Printing of Vouchers

    Generally in accounting packages you can print vouchers. Payment Voucher / Receipt Voucher etc. This also has the signature of the person approving the payment and any second signature for checking, and receiving (if payment). This is then filed physically in the files for audit along with supporting documents. Normally auditors look at physical vouchers.

    Right now we will need to print vouchers manually from Excel or use preprinted vouchers. This is an old accounting this but still needed for audit and tax purposes.

  9. Increase the number of decimals for FX conversion rates

    We work on an organisation dealing with two currencies: USD and LAK (Lao kip), the base currency being USD.
    The USDLAK exchange rate is in the 10,000 order of magnitude, meaning that the LAKUSD rate needs a lot of decimals for all conversions to remain accurate.

    Example: Current USDLAK = 8,160
    A LAK 1,000,000 amount should be booked as USD 122.55
    Right now it is being booked at USD 123 because Zoho caps the number of decimals in the exchange rate to 6.
    To be safe with LAKUSD we would need at least 8 decimals.

    The Rest Api is simply to complicated for novice user without development skills.

    Add support for oData and allow Excel to easily connect to Tenant Service

  13. Allow for Bulk Tax imports or other Tax integrations

    The ability to import in bulk different taxes. Avalara does not allow for line item discounts. Allow for other tax software integrations that do not have this limitation.

  14. Currency adjustment for a date range say full month of October for all the transactions in October in foreign currency

    To be able to convert to base currency of all General Ledger (GL) Accounts in foreign currency at month-end or quarter-end. The existing now is for a day. This will be tedious if you want to close your month or quarter and enter each conversion daily. By having this option, all foreign currency GL accounts will be converted to the base currency.

  16. Transactions posting

    Please create a batch transactions processing for bank and cash , customer invoices supplier and other module transactions, such that we can enter transactions rapidly or import large volume of say 10,000 on lines basis like you will see in sage one and sage evolution (SA).
    There should also be a feature for importing on this module

  17. Regarding Statutory Transactions

    For easy Statutory compliances, Reporting and Reconciliation. I suggest that, separate fields like custom labels or custom buttons should be made available at the time of recording and saving any business transactions. These new custom field names may be GST Return Acknowledgement Number, TDS Provisional Receipt Number, Tax Challan Details such as BSR Code, Challan Number, Challan Date. Based on these custom fields excel report may be generated to know which GST out put is accounted and reported in which Challan Number or Return Number.     We have three requests that, in our opinion, would make ZOHO nearly perfect!
    1- ZOHO recently added the ability to add 100 ship to addresses to a contact. We used them up within a month! And now, as we replace "old" ship to addresses with "new" ship to addresses, we are right back where we were when ZOHO only allowed 10 ship to addresses. Why not allow an unlimited amount of ship to addresses? Or, if ZOHO is afraid of some sort of memory overload, please give us a limit of 5000 ship to addresses. We easily will have at…

    In our country if you sale something to a local customer you need to add 15% to the sales cost and charge that tax called GST form the buyer.

    When you spend money if you paid to a local seller he will also charge you GST.

    You then need to balance your GST expenses vs. your
