  1. make items searchable by transaction.

    I need to be able to find invoices, estimates and bills by item number or description. being unable to edit items that have existing transactions, I would like to be able to search for the existing transactions that the items has been used for.

  2. Airline tickets

    selling Airline tickets is a commision based thing, or flat rate thing, this means i may sell 2 tickets on the same plane , both economy class, both sits next to each other , but one cost/sell 800/1000 , and another one is 1600/2000, so when invoicing each of these client i will have to go to the items menu and change the cost and selling, otherwise i can never know my true profit.
    someone suggested me that i create a new item each time i create an invoice that would be easier BUT this way i will be having…

  3. The option to export an Item list that include all item details plus the inventory should be added.

    The option to export an Item list that include all item details plus the inventory should be added. The current export tool only includes the opening inventory and this information needs to be supplemented with up to date info on the current status of inventory per item.

    There should be a way to define an item as a recurring revenue item in the item details pane in Zoho Inventory. When the item is sold, a recurring invoice should automatically be created based on the predetermined "repeat every" date.

  7. QTY WISE RATE CHANGE

    MANY TIMES - RATES OF AN ITEM DEPEND ON QTY SOLD OR PURCHASED.
    Like 1 to 1000 leaflets will cost Rs. 5 per pc
    1001 to 5000 leaflets will cost Rs. 4 per pc
    5000 to 10000 leaflets will cost Rs. 3 per pc.

    Add this feature to ZOHO. There should be a tab in settings with allows you to switch on QTY WISE RATE FOR ITEMS

    Ability to view Item history for SALES as well as PURCHASES when viewing any individual item. It's great to see the purchases history but SERIOUSLY lacking that you can't see a SALES history of various items.

  18. Item addon

    Like you operate in Subscriptions, for both Goods and Services. I have an Item listed as 'Boiler Service', some boilers I service have an additional part attached to them and for this I offer an addon. When I raise an invoice for a customer and add 'Boiler Service' as a line item I then want to be able to select any number of appropriate addons associated with that 'Boiler Service'.

  19. Item on sale - price override option

    Would it be possible to have a check box in the items sales information section, that would allow you to set a sale price which would then override any discounts or price lists set for an account.

    More detail: I have multiple price lists setup for different size customers. My inventory will be over 2000 sku’s, but if I set the sell price at a discount, then when I add the item to a customers sales order, it will automatically apply another discount. This would cause me to sell the item for less then cost. My sales orders could have…

  20. In Books/Inventory, please make the "Unit" optional.

    Not everyone has the need to describe the unit and it only takes up space on the invoice.
