delivery and packing report
Hi,
By 10 pm all our salesmen will update the Purchase officer for the list of items they want for next day delivery and at 4 AM our purchaser officer will go to fruits and vegetables market and buy all the required items for that particular day.
when delivery boys receive all the items from purchase officer, they should have list of customers to whom and what they should deliver.
customers will sign in the appropriate row that they received the product.

Report
Sales Items by Sales Person
To calculate proper commissions, I need to run a sales report by sales person. The one you have now gives me a summary of totals. If I drill down I get a list of invoices. That does me no good. I need the Sales Item report but must be able to filter it by sales person.
I can't just pay commission on the report total as it includes sales tax and shipping amounts. We don't pay commissions on those.

Profit Analysis by PO#/Job#
Create a report that will show "all" customer invoices and "all" vendor bills .. with a column for "purchase order#." This simple report will allow users to calculate profit by po#/job#. I've been using QuickBooks for 20 years and this report is one major reason so many companies use QuickBooks.

Sales by Customer Report to Identify the profit margins
Under Reports in Zoho Books-Sales by Customer, Currently it shows sales and sales with tax. We would like to have additional columns such as Income and Expense to identify the profit margins. As it shows a individual customer overview levels. This will help us identify profits from a particular customer and invoice.

The way that the "Tax Summary" report works is that is combines the sales and purchases on each tax code.

Sales reports by state
I would like to know in which state we are doing better or worse. Another reason is for Sales Tax. Since we have an employee there we have nexus with the state so we have to pay sales tax. We need to have a way to calculate that.
