  1. Allow P&L and BS report to order according to account codes (not alphabetical) in report sections

    The account names are fixed by our language, but the numerical codes are flexible. Why can't the P&L and BS reports order the sections according to numerical code, which therefore overrides the alphabet we are stuck with using

  2. We would like to have profit report on sales invoice as well as profit report on customer base. Please let us know if you have such report.

    We would like to have profit report based on sales invoice as well as based on each customers. This is very important for us to decide which product and customers are profitable for us.

  4. Timesheet report on monthly basis

    Would be great to generated reports on a monthly calendar basis where all days of the months are listed even the days for which no timesheet entry is available.

  5. Add bank reconciliation report to help CPA fix transactions in credit card accounts

    I am helping a client reconcile expense and credit card transactions that were manually entered in initial year working with Zoho. There are many duplicates and uncleared amounts. Credit card statements are 3 pages long. It would be really helpful if I can print a Zoho report of cleared transactions to compare to the credit card statement. It would be much less tedious to find duplicates and missing items.

  6. We are trying to replace tally with zohobooks but its just not happening. Zohobooks is far too backword and is just not compliant

    We are continousely raising queries with zoho team but no solutions are being found for us. Instead of listening to genuine requirements of customers that can help the development of the product further all they say is its not possible. I know Zoho's cream market is USA but if you are going to service customers and get them to move from tally the least you should do is listen to them and modify your product accordingly. Very disappointed with attitude.

  7. SalesPerson

    Sales by Salesperson (Item Summary)

    This is an absolute essential for any retail trade that has varying profit margins on different products. Commission/Incentives are designed based on items sold and not turnover achieved ONLY.

    It becomes imperative to have a report that provides ALL items (summarised if it may, and drillable to invoice all the better) sold by a SELECTED Salesperson or ALL of them, grouped by SALESMAN NAME (taken from Invoice).

    I've moved from Tally.ERP9 and facing such an issue working our Sales Incentive, it's become a nightmare to handle the same without such a simple report now.

  8. Connect Invoice<>Bill w/o Tags for Reports

    Would be great to be able to have a "Project based P&L" where we can easily find out +/- on a project based on Invoice/Bill w/o using tags. Tags are great but it takes way too much time.

  9. Sales by Sales Account in Reports section.

    Some of us use Product Lines as Separate sales account. This will help with generating reports just based on that.

  11. Inventory summary

    Inventory Summary need in the flowing format for a particular month or quarter :

    Quantity Opening -- Quantity In -- Quantity Out -- Quantity Available

    In current format it shows all the inward and outward data from the very beginning

  12. Aging report (Bills due) show "Bill Due Date" column

    From Dashboard- click on Recievables and in the "Aging Details By Bill Due Date" adding the Bill Due Date column. This is a bookeeper request for their workflow. A quick way to get into wehat is coming due, not just what is already due.

  15. Compare with previous year tool for Sales report

    Add "compare with previous year" tool for
    sales by Salesperson, Sales by customer, Sales by items report
    (this tool in financial statement works so great).

  16. Subsidiary Management

    It would be very fine if you introduce the subsidiary Management feature. We can create multiple organizations in zohobooks, what you need to do is to make enable to integrate the organizations to be registered as subsidiary, so that we may have consolidated statements for both organizations as well as standalone statement for each organization.

  18. Provide an option such that non-admin users/roles can receive scheduled reports.

    Provide an option such that non-admin users/roles can receive scheduled reports. We want the option to send reports to the 'C' level without enabling all of the admin capabilities.

  20. export select fields

    Print selected fields and save as favourite report

    At the moment you export 22 fiields and I have to work out which ones to delete so the print out is readable.

    I would like to select on certain fields to create a quick and readable list of transaction.

    It would be very helpful if you also included an option for accumulated totals so it doesn't have to be done in excel.
