How can I see my future cash flow (recurring invoices) by month ?
I am a subscription business and want to plan my year ahead based on expected income. What I need from my books is a Future Cash Flow (Sales) report based on my recurring invoices. I need to see expected income by month based on these recurring subscriptions.AT present there is lots of historic reporting but little in the way of future projections.

Add sales rep and account number fields to the "Sales by Sales Rep" report. Also, a Summary Report of all transactions by rep, all reps
Add a Summary option so all sales rep info can be used by clients to calculate commissions. Also, please add the sales rep field and an Account number field, or option to use Custom Fields from Subscriptions and Invoices.

While we filter with criteria we would like to get the total of it. Nice to add a calculator tab as well.
Try enhancing your filtering options by adding total to every advance filter that is made. Also try adding a calculator tab as in Tally. Also provide shortcut keys to enable tabs and features like we do in tally and other erp softwares so we can avoid using mouse and finish our work at a faster pace.

Change INR currency symbol
On default the currency symbol in Preferences->Currencies, the INR symbol is shown as 'Rs'. I would like to see the INR symbol as '₹'. Although I can change the symbol manually.

Dashboard and other expenses related reports:
All posting to expenses accounts (accounts that are defined as expenses) are not getting reflected on the dashboard and or in the expenses related reports. There will lots of Journals would entered for booking expenses especially when one follow an accrual system. Instead of checking the accounts, it seems ZOHO books reporting, including dashboard, is checking whether the expenses are entered as expense transaction or category. Appreciate if you could please check this and update the system accordingly.

Time sheet reporting:
Provide better time sheet reporting.
- It is very difficult to take a time of an individual for a whole month and check where he / she has captured time for all days. A time sheet report with days of the month as columns with number of ours in each column and on the left column the project he / she entered time for will give a better view of the time sheet. Grouping them by employees where i can select and expand the name i want will help me to under stand this better. Also an excepting…

Aging Summary report: Make own custom intervals default
At present ( as of 4 Aug 2017 ) the aging summary always defaults to 15 days, whereas in our company we always need it to be 30 day intervals. Make it possible to set 30 days as default, for example? Certainly it's easy enough to switch from 15 to 30 days, but annoying when we forget and run a report for 15 instead of the required 30 days.

If i am viewing report / customer receivable and send a statement to first customer and press back it goes contacts my request it should go

Would like to have a direct connection to Zoho Docs mapping for Reports from Zoho Books
Today you can´t mapp or send a report from Books directly to Zoho Docs mapping system. I would like to have a Connection and the possebility to save PDf-reports directly to Zoho Docs mapping system and if possible send montly reports automatic to a special mapp under Zoho Docs. (This will be two wishes).

Balance Sheet
In the balance sheet the current assets are showing up below cash. That is not proper accounting. Cash should be above current assets.
