Customise printing of ledgers
Please enable customisation for printing of the ledgers. some columns are too narrow and the numbers overflow to the next line. Perhaps can enable to change from potrait to landscape or resize the fonts.

HSN REPORT FOR TAX FREE
WE WANT REPORTS OF TAX FREE ITEMS ALSO IN HSN REPORT. PLEASE ALLOW TO GET SINGLE HSN REPORT OF ALL TAXABLE AND NON-TAXABLE PRODUCTS.

Descriptions in the reports
Need to see the description/Narration in account transactions reports and other GL reports. and should be able to generate different levels of trial balance.
Also line items in the journal voucher need to be shown separately especially in bank ledgers to ease the reconciliation process and also allow transactions with different dates in same journal

Add a link to the statement which enables the customer to pay via the integrations (such as Square, Stripe or GoCardless).
This would ensure you are ahead of other accounting systems such as Quickbooks and Xero!!
The integration is there, there just needs to be a payment link on the bottom of the statement to enable the customer to pay by card straight away - people these days want speed (they don't want to have to log on to their bank accounts).

do not include opening balances of non-cash asset accounts as part of the cash flow statement.
Furniture transferred from another non-profit as a donation (included in opening balances) should not impact cash flows. In fact, no opening balances should impact cash flows. Opening balances occurred prior to the beginning of the accounting system, so even the opening balance for cash is not considered cash flow. If this was transferred from a previous system, that system would need to report the cash flow. Anything in Zoho books on the balance sheet if added to cash flows would technically be a double counting of the cash flows that led to the opening balance being transferred to Zoho. We…

Sales Tax liability report
Please fix the non-taxable list to show the name of the client as an option. It only shows invoice numbers, and a blank reference # list. I can't find anywhere how to add the name under the reference list to make it easier.

Adding reporting tags options directly into Zoho Books
Adding reporting tags options directly into Zoho Books reports, not just in Analytics as it is more complicated and less necessary for basics. Definitely, Zoho needs more capabilities in its reporting module.

So auditor can run his own cross checks from Excel or Libre.
Advantages for Auditors are like -
Being able to present the report in a more meaningful way;
Extract and add entries like the bank charges for example.
Run ratio stats on income and expenses

mileage
I have requested this many times and I don't think it would be hard to do. But when I add my mileage into the odometer reading on the app it does not keep the entry for when I am finished. So, I have to write the number on a piece of paper to add at the end of the trip . It would also be nice to have an easy way to take a photo of the odometer before and after.

Hypertext link between report lines and Zoho Books
When creating a report, it would be interesting if a hyperlink takes us back to the desired place on Zoho Books. Example: I generate an expense report in Excel and for each line a link is created to the Zoho Books expense. So, I can easily recover the attached file.
