  1. improve CIS reports

    in the UK it is a legal requirement to send a CIS statement to your subcontractors monthly

    At present the system is clunky, you have to add custom filters and then download a pdf report and email out

    It would be a lot easier if you could run a report that automatically filtered only subcontractors billed in the month, and sent the statement automatically to the email address stored in their vendor details at set up

    Would be great to have a feature where you can send

  2. Monthly Recurring Revenue Report MRR

    We need a report that let us know the projected revenue we have in recurring active invoices. MRR is essential in any billing software.

    Can Zoho Book able to provide option to maintained Fixed Assets Register as per Companies Act 2013 Schedule II and compute depreciation ? integration of Fixed Assets Module provide batter reporting and compliance with accuracy.

  4. Delete Audit Reports

    I am now unable to edit / delete Audit Reports. I think Admin should be given the flexibility to edit / delete Audit Reports if needed.

  6. Extended Exchange Rate Conversion

    It is very common for an international company to be obligated to report to the head office in a different currency. So far there has been no function that allows for fields showing the currency conversion in a different currency in for e.g. expense, journals, reports. This is a crucial function for us as an international company.

  7. Monthly Financial Reports

    Can we please have a monthly financial reports? This way we can analyse each month vs prior month. Also we can do trend analysis for the 12 months.

  8. INCOME AND EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT

    Income and expenditure account is for professionals like Advocates, CAs, Doctors etc. Because there will be no sales or purchases for professinals So, do you have software useful for professionals?

    It would be great to have the option in the PNL to compare all the months next to each other. at the moment you can only compare 2 months, or 2 quarters or 2 years with each other. But it would helpt to see the whole year month by month.

  10. Enable direct lodgement of BAS to ATO

    Enable the direct lodgement of Business Activity Statements from Zoho Books to the ATO (as is common in other systems such as Zero etc).

  11. Create a historical trial balance that can be reported by month

    Currently a trial balance can only be extracted by month for the past 11 months. What if it's April 2021 and I want to see the full year 2020 reported by month as a trial balance to then be able to present management accounts?

    we should be able to download month wise and Year wise sale data to easy comparison to analyse sales . also give options to see month wise data - Customer wise/ SKu wise etc,

    TDS REPORT RECIVABLE
    TDS REPORT PAYABLE

    BOTH ABOVE ON MONTHLY BASIS AND YEARLY BASIS MISSING.

    ON 7TH I NEED TO PAY TDS TO MY CA TO FILE REPORT, IT SHOULD BE AT A SIMPLE CLICK AND SAME IS FOR RECIVEABLE AT YEAR END FOR RECONCILLING.

    Sort line items by Account Code. So, for example, all my expenses would be listed alphabetically since that how I numbered them.

  16. Monthly Reports for any account in chart of accounts

    lets say, you take Vendor A, we should be able to see a monthly purchase/payment summary on month vise also, a graphical chart in addition would be helpful.
    Let say, there is an expense accounts, 'Transportation Charges', a monthly summary along with a bar or line chart.

    this helps in identifying patterns and quick decision making.

  20. Customized Reports from the Invoice and schedule report

    Require a fully functional customized report from invoice and Bills. It could be really helpful in analysis.
    Analytics Report is not really helpful in certain way as it not real time and 2 way sync. Hope this may implemented soon.
