  2. Give us the ability for proper visual estimates and proposals like Proposify and PandaDocs. This would make your Zoho One complete.

  3. Mark up when creating Estimates

    Add a mark up option when creating Estimates for each item. It should be entered by the user as a percentage value. The total cost of the item should be automatically updated based on the mark up value. It should be visible only to internal users and not appear in the final estimate.

  5. Estimate Enhancements - Columns / Groups

    One of the golden rules in sales is that if you are providing a discount you must take credit and clearly articulate that discount. To achieve this the following fields are are required or the ability to calculate and display. In addition to item categories on an estimate.

    Columns - Should be able to display in any order
    Item #, Item SKU, Item Name, Item description, Qty, List Price, Extended List Price, Discount %, Discount $, Extended Amount (Total)

  6. Auto generate payment terms

    There is an option to enter payment terms in the contact record in Zoho Books, but the payment terms field in estimates are not auto generated, which they should.

  7. Make the template creator more like the template creator in Zoho CRM

    The template creator in Zoho CRM (Quote, Sales Order, Invoice) is much more flexible than what is presented in Zoho Books. Use the Zoho CRM template creator tool in Zoho Books so there would be more synergy between the two product modules. You guys really have something here with all the modules, but it seems that each team (responsible for their modules) is having to recreate the wheel which seems redundant.   8. Estimates status

    Would be nice to have the option for custom status on quotes so we can set automate emails based on the status of the quote.

    At least have one more option then just Expected or Declined.

    What we are looking for is the option for indecision making so we can send customer automated email reminders based on the status of the quote/estimate.

  9. Documents Option on Client Portal

    As your Client Portal has all main things, it would be awesome if we could upload documents which the clients could see on the portal, this would be great for service industries who need to give clients some fixed deliverables, so such deliverables can be submitted using the portal and client can accept or reject on the portal.

  10. Budgeting and Estimate for the a year

    Please create the estimates/budget/projection template and its comparative with actual performance. We want to see what we said at the beginning of the year and what actually we are doing per month.

  11. Sub totals

    While estimate creations, clients like to get a single quotation for multiple options, so I suggest to add sub total options.
    Eg option 1 will have 2 3 items that I can subtotal, option 2 will have 3 4 item then their sub totals

    Please add approval process for ZOHO Estimates, Sales Order and Purchase Order.

    Please don't add basic features and add approval process like in ZOHO CRM.

  14. Allow discounts at individual item level and/or at invoice level

    This applies to all item level documents (Estimates, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, etc).
    In Settings -> Preferences -> General -> Do you give discounts? you can only select one (Radio Button) of the 3 options:
    - I don't give discounts
    - At individual item level
    - At invoice level

    I would like to suggest that a document may have BOTH item level and document level discounts.

  15. put optional items on estimates or allow zero quantity items on estimates for upgrades

    Need a way to add an optional upgrade to an estimate. It could be a specific designation by line item or allow us to input zero for the item quantity.

  16. Estimate Status- Add a closed or completed option. Invoiced is not enough as we can invoice for part of an estimate and it is not completed.

  17. There needs to be a link to create a project from an accepted Estimate. There is no reason to create a project when the estimate may not be

  18. Email Reminders for overdue Estimates not available

    Option to create Email Reminders for Estimates or Overdue estimates not available. If we are sending estimates in place of Invoices and later switch the Estimates to Invoices, we cant follow up on Estimates or send automated reminders

  19. Approve other documents in portal

    Clients can already approve estimates in the portal, but we would like them to also approve our Terms and conditions.
    Is it possible to configure a document upload tool in the portal were vendors can upload several pdf documents for clients to approve?
    This can be the terms but maybe also drawings or plans?

  20. Estimates in dashboard

    It would be great to have a global view of the estimates status in the main dashboard, so it could be easier to get information of the total amount of those docs. Same way as you already have in invoices. Thanks
