  2. Customize invoice or estimate templates

    I wish I could customize my templates. For example for an estimate, I have a template for a proposal in monthly or annual. The sales conditions change. I would also like to add columns on the quote for a monthly subtotal and then an annual subtotal on the same line.

  4. Create Custom fields in multiple modules

    I just discovered that if you create the same custom field in multiple modules the data automatically get push across when converting. This is awesome, however there should be the automatic prompt to create custom fields in other modules when creating the custom field. It seem crazy that the data is automatically pushed but you have to manually create a separate custom field in each and you have to make sure the name and data type is identical.

  5. Volume based price list for products

    We need urgently a way to integrate volume based pricing for our hardware sales. All products we sell have different prices depending on the volume purchased (very standard in the B2B world), i.e.:

    Product A:
    1-10 units - $10
    11-50 units - $9
    51-100 units - $8
    etc.

    At this moment we have to handle all pricing manually with price list created in Excel which is obviously extremely bad as it inherits offline work and room for a lot of errors.

    We hope that this can be accomplished soon as it’s very standard in varies industries which selling products.

  6. Be able to group accepted estimates

    Be able to group accepted estimates with either - reference number or create a filter, neither of these are options you provide..
    Also It does not show under curate list -sort by ( reference ) under estimates on the app .... Please add that feature

  7. Mandatory use of Items for Estimates and PO's etc

    My client has sales reps that load estimates but with manual line items. This means that PO's are then created manually with duplication of info being typed. If there was a preference that could be set, making it mandatory for the Items to be loaded while making the estimate (or adding if already existing), then the loading time for the confirmed order thereafter would be MUCH less with less chance of error.

  8. DASHBOARD ZOHO BOOKS TO SHOW ESTIMATE TRENDS AND VALUES

    Kindly provide Dashboard editable.
    Include Estimates in the Dashboard as option as today estimates or tomorrow sales

  9. Allow creation of estimates EXCLUDING taxes, without removing the tax rate from the invoice.

    I'd like to send estimates to my customers, excluding taxes.

    Currently if I exclude taxes, it will also be excluded from the invoice.

    We don't want to exclude taxes from the invoice, only on the estimate.

  10. follow up marker for invoices/estimates

    it would be great to have a simple tick box or selection to highlight an estimate/invoice for follow up which does not require editing the invoice.

    so you tick the box and mark it for follow up
    on the list of invoices/estimated it appears with a star (or similar), andthey can be searched by this marker also

  11. Estimates-- Feature that flagged a possible "error" if a lower price is offered that purchase amount

    Create a feature that flags a possible "error" if a lower price is offered as "Sales Information" vs. "Purchase Information". The trigger would be a lower price offered than your purchase price. The trigger will be a pop-up and will NOT let you proceed without checking the box. It will ask if this is "...something you really wish to do." This trigger may help catch mistakes made in pricing your customer incorrectly and giving them your cost, which I almost just did :-)

  12. Send Estimates to parties without adding their contact details in address book

    Many estimates or quotation we send are not converted to invoice and as per current format zoho requires to add contact before sending estimates resulting in lot of irrelevant contacts which we do not need in address book. i suggest an option to send estimate without adding their contact details in address book

    how do we remove annexure page from the estimate. I deleted all the content from the annexure text box. Saved it. However, while converting it in a PDF file, I still get blank page 2.

  14. Hide "Receivables" from Contacts

    Hello,

    We are a small IT Services company. We would like to give employees/Engineers the ability to create Estimates/Quotes for customers. Through the system we are able to create new users and limit their access/privileges to "Quotes/Estimates" only without them seeing anything else in the Books. However, when they login and click on "Contacts" they see the Contacts names and a column called "Receivables" with $$$ amounts . We would want to hide this column from our employees and don't want them to see how much clients owe us or have paid us. Is it possible to hide this column…

  15. Recurring Estimates

    There should an option of generating Recurring Estimates. The reason being that if I create recurring invoices every month, my GST liability automatically arises even if I haven't received the payment for the invoice. Moreover, my customer would claim the Input GST credit even without paying the amount. If I would raise an estimate first, then all the above problems will get resolved. I have 100 customers who pay me rent on monthly basis. So this turns out to be a huge tax libility. Kindly look into the matter and provide the option as soon as possible. (For your reference,…

  17. Can you have one line item and severeal different quantities on the customer estimate?

    I may have 2 different parts to quote with different quantity levels. For example: P/N "ABC may need a quote for price levels of 500 - 1000 - 2500 pieces.
    P/N "DEF" qty levels at 25 - 50 - 100
    Can each part number be only one item # and multiple quantities below it?

  19. Auto estimate generate

    We should be able to select items and click on prepare estimate.
    this will save lot of time. and if you have already added all the items with description, buying and selling + Tax Treatment etc. Estimate will be ready in less than half a minute.

    for example : select 4 items and "click on Generate Estimate"
    you are done, just need to pick up the customer and send it.
