  1. Add contact or option onthe fly

    In journal entry there is a field for Contact. This is important field and great. But, if the contact doesn't already exist the user must exit that screen, setup the contact and return to screen. Should be an option to clieck and setup new contact on the fly.

  2. Debtors and Creditors reconciliations

    Much like a Bank reconciliation but for your DRS and CRS. Can we have this as its vital from an audit perspective

  3. add current portion of long term liability under current liabilities

    Long term liabilities can be easily added, however, the liabilities section in the balance sheet does not split between 'current portion' (upcoming 12 payments) and 'non-current portion' (payments made on month 13+). Some business prefer to view such classification of liability accounts.

  5. Off-set entry. This is a basic feature and I am surprise that Zoho books doesn't provide this option.

    One of my customer paid on behalf of another customer. I received the money in bank from customer A. Now I want to transfer the money of customer B from Customer A account.
    In Payable account also, one of the vendor provided the services that were awarded to Vendor B and were paid in advance. Both Vendor A & B agreed on this and the amount that was paid to Vendor B got transferred to vendor A by B.
    If I want to post these adjustments in Zoho Books, how will I be able to do it without the option…

  6. Investment in shares and Investment in MF

    Hi,

    Investment segment is missing .

    For Investment in share and MF required Accounting Like Stock.

    Please consider this feature in Zoho Books

  7. Please add checkbox button in Chart of Accounts so that we can delete easily multiple accounts.

  8. Create/Edit Account Type under Chart of Accounts.

    We need an option create new account type and modify the existing account type as per our requirements under the Chart of Accounts.
