Autocharge Customer on Due Date
When an invoice is created and the customer has payment method in Zoho books, the system should be able to execute the charge on the due date. As it stands now, I have to remember each customer that prefers to be charged automatically and remember to go back and execute the charge on the due date. And there is not much help from within ZOHO Books to identify this customer or help with a reminder.

Recurring Statements and Invoices
Recurring Invoices, along with Statement
It would add great value if you could provide an option to include the latest statement when emailing the recurring invoice every month.This would mean the customer would receive the invoice, along with the statement.
This will save hours, in having to send each customer a statement each month. It will also reduce requests. I am so tired of being requested to email the statement.
It would really help to have both recurring invoices, along with statement. It kills 2 birds with one stone

Formula fields in Zoho Books
It would be usefull to have formula fields in Books as we have in CRM. For example, a client of mine needs to work with lb and Kg, as no conversion tool exists in Books, a simple formula field would do the job.

Automatic change of price increases for subscriptions for all customers at the same time
It would be greatly appreciated that when the subscription prices increase (we do it every year or every 2 years), that we can change the price in the product and that we can activate it for all new subscriptions and previous subscriptions from now or even choose the date.

Allow for the customisation of Zoho Books Notifications such as when a customer accepts a cost estimate
Currently the notifications sent by ZohoBooks when a customer performs an action (e.g. accept estimate) are not customizable. Please can you enhance these notifications by allowing for the customisation of alert templates?

I would like to be able to select 2 or more modules when creating a workflow. If implemented, this would enable me to select a greater range of triggers under the same workflow.

Please include more email addresses into invoice reminder for individual customer
I have encountered that customers required me to send reminder to a few email addresses. However, I can only have one email address for invoice reminder. Please include more option to include more email addresses to remind individual customer.

Schedule backup
Can you put a schedule into backup? I dont want to initiate backup myself. Also why am I waiting 15 days before I initiate the next backup?? Give us the option to backup everyday or every week.

Allows you to create a Service Agreement from an Estimate for your client to approve and create a recurring invoice from it.
Estimate - Service or Supply Agreement - Recurring Invoice
Saves time and will look professional.

Bank Feeds Schedule & Address Auto Fill
Having moved from another system the one time saver was their auto look up on any address you cut/paste when setting up a new customer. Just paste the entire address and select when a match is found. Then the system auto populates the fields.
Bank feeds seem to need manual intervention to update each day. It'd be great to schedule multiple updates each day. For example once in the morning before work starts so the latest information is waiting and a couple of times during the day to check for any further payments. It would mean we could action paid…

SMS Notification
Please make a change in sms notification. It means sms notification for bills and payments should be send in business name only not in zoho book name. Another thing please enable group message sending option for saved contacts to sending common messages like offers and etc..

Give access to PriceLists in Deluge (custom fucntions)
Give me access to "PriceLists" via custom fucntions with deluge
Please add the one line of code that allows zoho.books.getrecords("Pricelist"...... and zoho.books.getRecordsByID("Pricelist"......Its concerning that I can access Invoices, bank records, sales orders, purchase orders etc this way but I can not access a simple list of data for pricelists

Add ability to interact with Retainer Invoices in Deluge natively
Currently there is no way to use Deluge to create a Retainer Invoice automatically (zoho.books.createRecord) in a function and this seems an oversight since it is just simply another module of the same program as the other records that can be created.

Invoice reminder emails
Enable ability to send invoices to one email contact, but follow up reminder email sent to another contact. Our Clients request us to submit invoices to one email, but inquire about their payment by sending to another email address.
